By engaging Gaskill Inc for accounting, tax, or financial services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

Our services are intended solely for individuals aged 18 and older. Gaskill Inc does not provide services to children under the age of 18.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information necessary for tax preparation, accounting, or related services. If a client fails to provide pertinent information, required documents, or IRS filing details within the requested timeframe, Gaskill Inc shall not be held accountable for resulting delays, automatic IRS corrections, or any inconvenience or consequence arising from such failure.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gaskill Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or failure to meet deadlines due to missing client documentation.

5. Confidentiality

All information provided by the client is kept confidential and will only be used for the purpose of fulfilling our professional obligations unless disclosure is required by law.

6. Termination of Services

Gaskill Inc reserves the right to terminate services at any time if a client fails to comply with these Terms or does not provide required documentation in a timely manner.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located in North Carolina.
